Planning
How We Plan For You
When you
call on AK Tent Rental for a quote, proposal or reservation, we'll ask
you a few important questions:
a. Date
b. Beginning and ending time of the event
c. Location and a description of the location site.
d. Number of guests expected or past experience.
e. Participants' ages
f. Your name, phone, fax, email, mailing address
g. A contact name with their cell phone number at the event site
h. Directions to the site from the nearest main intersection
Coordinating Your
Delivery and Set Up
We
will need to speak with you about your site configuration and delivery
during the planning process. This may include topics such as gaining
access, width of doorways, height of ceilings, parking situations,
carting of equipment on wheels, curbs, stairs, time of access required,
door side- entry, elevators, etc.
If you'll be providing tables/tents for a
DJ, crafts, bingo, carnival games or anything else, they must be up and
in place well before we arrive for our set up. Ask us when to expect the
set up.
Tents
In
the case of tent orders requiring digging at your event site, the State
of Pennsylvania requires that you call for approval on the digging. This
is a FREE service that checks to make sure no utility lines are beneath
the digging area. You must call 2 weeks before tent installation, get a
confirmation number and give us the confirmation number.
