Q. What size bounces do you offer?
A. Bounces vary from 13' x 13' to 20 x 20'.
   
Q. Does the price include delivery and setup?
A. Price does include setup & takedown of tents and moonwalks. Local delivery is free of charge. Any delivery outside of the local area will be charged based upon distance.
   
Q. We're a little confused on what we need to make our event go as planned. Can you help us?
A. A-K TENT RENTAL can provide you with a sales consultant to give you advice or suggestions in planning your event. Our consultant has been involved in various event over the last 10 years and has experience in all special events.
   
Q. Do I have to pay any sales tax?
A. Sales tax is 6% of total. If you are exempt of sales tax please be sure to file a form with us before final payment is due.
   
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes. We require a deposit of 50% to confirm all reservations.
   
Q. If the company requires a deposit will it be returned if I cancel?
A. Deposits on tents and moonwalks are non-refundable. All other equipment rental deposits will be returned if cancelled 1 week or more before your reserved date.
   
Q. What if we cancel our moonwalk because of rain?
A. If we did not leaver for delivery of your moonwalk, we will refund your account of the amount deposited. If we arrive to deliver and set up your moonwalk and you decide to cancel the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited.
   
Q. Should I contact you to confirm the day before my party or will someone contact me?
A. A-K TENT RENTAL will contact you 1-3 days before your event to confirm your order and delivery time.
   
Q. Do we pay upon delivery or after the unit is picked up?
A. Final payment is due upon delivery.
   
Q. What area to you service?
A. We service Western Pennsylvania.
   
Q. Does A-K TENT RENTAL have long term rental rates?
A. Yes, We offer discounted rates for an extended period. Please contact us for quotes.
   
Q. What makes you better than any other entertainment company?
A. Our equipment is in tip-top condition, our staff is accommodating and friendly, we are dependable and most importantly, we will not be undersold on any package deal we assemble for your special event.
   
Q. What if I cancel my event?
A. We understand that dates change and circumstances arise requiring the cancellation of your event, however, when we book your event we reserve any equipment and performers for your event and therefore those resources are tied up so that others cannot have then. Because of this your deposit is subject to be forfeited.
